Purpose

The Programs Committee delivers monthly programs offering valuable insights and learning opportunities for chapter members. The monthly topics and speakers are chosen to update skills and abilities of chapter members and expose members to new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Identify program topics and speakers 
• Publicize upcoming programs through use of the Marketing and Communications groups.
• Support presenters before and during their presentation.

Volunteer Opportunities

Be a member of a committee responsible for up to three meetings each year. You will have input into the selection of the topic, the selection of the speaker, and exposure as you support the presentation of the programs for which you are responsible.

Time Commitment

• Average of about 3 hours/month, with more time expended during selection and search for speakers and during the months in which your committee is in charge of the meeting.
