| Robin Smith-Masog, President
Robin Smith-Masog has over 15 years experience in learning, communication and technology. She is currently working for AgCountry Farm Credit Services in Education/Content Development. She has worked as a training manager, a training/communication consultant in the private and nonprofit sector and as a communications instructor in the education sector. She has also produced and coordinated online learning, instructor-led courses and coordinated system learning conferences. Robin has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Speech Communication from North Dakota State University. She received her master's degree in Speech Communication from NDSU in 1998. She lives in West Fargo with her husband, Doug, and her sons, Ryan, Phillip and David. |

| Becky Lashinski, President-Elect
Becky Lashinski is the Training Specialist at Bank of the West. She teaches Contact Center skills and information to the new hire classes. She is responsible for teaching the new customer service representative accuracy, navigation and providing them with the tools they need to be successful. Becky graduated from Minnesota State University with a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies.

Mike Nitschke is a Training and Quality Assurance Supervisor for Bank of the West. He oversees the training and quality assurance programs for the Omaha and Fargo Contact Centers as well as managing projects that affect the Contact Centers. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. |

| Jayne Gust- Vice President - Communications
Jayne Gust is a Public Affairs Specialist at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND. In this new role, Jayne will share the story about Sanford Health with the communities Sanford Health serves. Jayne’s concentration will be on the Women’s and Children’s areas. Previously, Jayne was and I.T. Trainer at Sanford and was responsible for teaching various technologies to employees through both instructor-led courses and online courses. Jayne received her bachelor’s degree (2000) and master's degree (2002) both in Mass Communication from North Dakota State University. She lives in Fargo with her husband, Mike, and daughter Addyson. |

Katie Munion is the Talent Manager for Alerus Financial located in Fargo, ND. At Alerus Financial, Katie is responsible for learning and development as well as performance management. This includes providing direction, training, coaching and support to managers throughout the full "life cycle" of an employee, from assessment and selection, hiring and onboarding to managing employee performance, engagement and development. Katie has a bachelor of science in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and Marketing. Katie also serves on the Fargo-Moorhead Human Resource Association as the Work Force Readiness Director and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers. |
