Charlotte Dorscher, President
Charlotte has a diverse background in the field of training and development with over ten years of experience working in roles such as Learning Specialist, Technical Trainer, Training and Quality Manager and Operations Manager.  Her responsibilities have included instructing new employee training, new business implementation, quality assurance, project management, developing curriculum and training programs, as well as ongoing career development for employees.  She is employed by Take Care Health Systems and has been a member of the Fargo-Moorhead Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development since 2004.

Ole Rygg, President-Elect
Ole Rygg is a Talent and Development Manager with Alerus Financial in Fargo, ND. At Alerus Financial, Ole is responsible for performance management, as well as learning and development strategies, systems and processes.  This includes providing direction, training, coaching and support to managers throughout the full "life cycle" of an employee, from assessment and selection, hiring and onboarding to managing employee performance, engagement and development.
 
Ole has a native of Norway with a Master’s degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Oslo.  He is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), a Certified Talent Consultant (CTC) by the Institute for Personality and Ability Testing (IPAT), and a former mediator under under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.

Tina Kamrud, Vice President - Finance

Tina Kamrud is the Learning and Development Director at DMS Health Group. She is responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs across all of DMS Health Group including but not limited to Sales Training, Leadership assessment/training, and is also responsible for managing their internal Learning Management System. She has worked in training and development for 9+ years.

She currently lives in Fargo with her son Jackson.

Staci Pauer, Vice President - Membership/Marketing

Staci Pauer currently works for NDSU College of Business as the Accreditation Administrator.  Pauer earned her bachelors degree at University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and her Masters at University of Kansas.  She has spent the majority of her career in administrative roles in the non-profit arena in training and development, and accreditation.  She has also worked as a human resource consultant, developing policies related to provision of human services as well as human resource policies for local, national, and international companies.  She has developed and facilitated hundreds of trainings, with her primary focus being development of soft-skills and emotional intelligence for supervisors and managers.

Pauer is also a doctoral student in Education at NDSU where her research interests relate to the learning process of emotional intelligence, as well as academic leadership and assessment.

Amy Harrison, Vice President - Programs
Amy Harrison is a Learning Specialist with Eide Bailly, a regional accounting firm headquartered in Fargo.  She trains staff and partners in an assortment of soft skills, including Harassment Awareness, Business Writing, Time Management, and Presentation Skills. She has several years of teaching experience at the adult level, including First-Year English and Screenwriting at MSU-Moorhead.  
 
Amy holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from Minnesota State University, Moorhead.
Jayne Gust- Vice President - Communications
Jayne Gust is an Information Technology Trainer at MeritCare in Fargo, ND.  She is responsible for teaching various technologies to new and existing associates.  Training consists of both instructor-led courses and online courses.  Other responsibilities include development and implementation of course content and training materials to make sure organizational and associate needs are met.    
 
Jayne received her Master's degree in Mass Communication from North Dakota State University in 2002.  She lives in Fargo with her husband, Mike, and daughter Addyson.
Katie Olson-Munion, Vice President - Special Programs

Knowledge and Experience

·    More than nine years experience recruiting for the information technology industry.

·    Specific, proven expertise in the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, reference checking and making recommendations of prospective employees for employment.

·    Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified applicants.

·    Provides services for area colleges, including speaking engagements, mock interviews and interview and resume panels.

·    Develops, implements and maintains employee training and career development program.

·    Develops, implements and maintains performance review process.

·    Serves as Chair of the Eide Bailly HealthSmart Committee.

Becky Lashinski, Vice President - Technology
Becky Lashinski is the Training Specialist at Bank of the West. She teaches Contact Center skills and information to the new hire classes. She is responsible for teaching the new customer service representative accuracy, navigation and providing them with the tools they need to be successful. Becky graduated from Minnesota State University with a Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies.
Tracie Mathias, Board Member at Large
  Tracie Mathias is employed at Cetero Research as a Human Resources Training Assistant.  She administers and evaluates training program qualification tests as well as conducts promotion audits for all employee promotion requests.  Tracie also assists with preparing and administering various training programs.

 Tracie has Associates degrees in Medical Records and Information Processing from North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton. She is currently a senior attending Minnesota State University, Moorhead and will obtain her Bachelors degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Leadership in 2012.
